Artist Statement

These Pieces are meant to express different elements of changing tomorrow by looking at who we are today. Recognising the deficits of existence be it through our polluting our environment like in "Into a New Day" or realizing the effects of racial injustices like in "The Scream and the Calm" or the battle within, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, addiction-like "In God's Womb". Before we are able to create tomorrow we must face today, face ourselves.
